Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the 1ReWork coming-soon waitlist and related services (the “Platform”). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part, you may not use the Platform.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Platform. By joining our waitlist, you confirm you meet these requirements.

Waitlist Registration

To join our waitlist, you must provide a valid email address, select your user role and industry, and consent to receive updates. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your email address.

Email Verification

We use a one-time verification code (OTP) sent to your email to confirm ownership of the address. Codes expire after 10 minutes. You may request a new code if needed, subject to rate limits.

Visitor Logs

We log non-personal visit information (IP address, country code, page URL, timestamp, and user agent) for security monitoring and basic traffic analysis. These logs are stored server-side and are not accessible via web browser. IP addresses are used solely for security purposes and are not linked to personal identifiers.

Use of Information

We collect your email, role, and industry solely to notify you about 1ReWork launch and to improve our understanding of the research community. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Rate Limits

We enforce rate limits to prevent abuse: up to 3 OTP requests per 10 minutes per email address, and up to 10 requests per hour per IP address. We may impose additional limits at our discretion.

User Obligations

• Do not provide false or misleading information.
• Do not attempt to circumvent rate limits or security measures.
• Do not use the Platform in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Platform.

Intellectual Property

The Platform and all content, logos, and materials are the property of 1ReWork. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

Disclaimer

The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free service. The waitlist is provided for informational purposes only.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 1ReWork shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where 1ReWork operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
